We start with your home, your outdoor space and what you would like to create. We can also discuss likely configuration and level of investment before moving forward.

Site Survey
We visit the property to confirm measurements, access, fixing points and the site details that shape the project.

Design & Proposal
Your layout, specification and written proposal are prepared around the property.
- 04
Approval & Order
Once the specification and terms are agreed, your project is approved for manufacture.
Manufacture does not begin until the final surveyed specification has been approved.

Manufacture
Your system is manufactured to the approved specification and prepared for delivery.

Installation & Handover
The agreed structure, glazing and relevant electrical work are completed. At handover, the customer receives operating guidance, care information, warranty documentation and aftercare details.

Do I need to be home for the survey?+
Your survey arrangements are confirmed when it is booked, following your design consultation.
What is confirmed in the written proposal?+
Your proposal sets out the dimensions, system and configuration, glazing, screens, lighting, motorisation and finishes, included installation work, price and payment stages for your project.
When is the deposit due?+
Once you have reviewed and approved your written proposal.
What happens if the survey identifies something the proposal did not anticipate?+
Survey findings are fed into your specification before it is finalised, so your proposal reflects what your site actually requires.
