What your proposal covers.
Your written proposal sets out the agreed structure, configuration, selected glazing or screens, lighting or other specified options, delivery and installation scope for your project.
Standard installation.
Standard installation covers installation of the agreed Larendo system on a suitable prepared site with normal access. If your project requires additional groundwork, foundations, unusual access arrangements, electrical upgrades or other site-specific work, this will be identified following survey and shown separately in your written proposal.
Your written quotation and specification always take precedence over indicative website pricing.
Factors affecting price.
Your final investment reflects the dimensions, configuration, glazing or screens, lighting, finishes, motorisation, access and any site-specific work identified during survey.
Potential additional works.
Where a property requires work outside the agreed standard installation scope, this is identified following survey and shown clearly in the written proposal before the project is approved.
How quotations are prepared.
Following your design consultation and site survey, we prepare a written quotation specific to your project, setting out the agreed dimensions, configuration, options, installation scope and price.
Payment stages.
Once your written proposal is approved, the required deposit and any further payment stages will be set out clearly in your project documents.
